This course offers you all you need to get started in 9 concise modules packed with short videos, exercises, ready-to-use templates, further resources and more!
The challenge with OKRs - and how this course can be a first step to set you up for success
The idea behind OKRs is simple - implementing it, mastering it and getting the most out of working with it is not. Many companies these days start to experiment with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to follow promises of higher performance, better alignment and even a new culture of collaboration. After the first enthusiastic steps (or quarters) the glamour often fades and frustration sets in: the alignment process takes way too long, the focus is not clearly given and outcome-orientation is still a buzzword.
If you want to set yourself, your team and your organization up for success from the beginning, it is essential to look at two factors:
> How OKRs can be integrated as part of the existing organizational system
> Which OKR variation best fits your needs
These are two essential pre-requisites to get the most out of working with OKRs in your teams and organization and efficiently make use of the resources you invest into this topic right from the beginning and achieve the best outcome.
Therefore this course will not only introduce you to the concept of OKRs, but guides you through the (initial) steps of adapting OKRs to your needs through additional content, exercises, ready-to-use templates, further resources and more.
