The assessment itself will contain a mix of qualitative interview questions and data analysis, which may take more than one session. Results and potential next steps will be a separate session that takes 1-2 hours.
We can also provide a deep-dive analysis of certain focus topics that you’d like to tackle, such as alignment challenges between departments. Onsite visits are another option we can discuss, as are deepening sessions where we can discuss measures and next-steps as needed.
