The purpose of our initial live introduction meeting is to get to know each other and briefly discuss your goals around OKR remote coaching / consulting.

Together we’ll determine the number of hours that make sense for your needs and the types of collaborative technologies we can use (all access provided by us, no additional licensing fees needed). This could include an OKR system assessment if you’re already using OKRs so we can better understand your current situation, challenges, and needs (click here for more information).

We can also discuss any support you need before or after OKR events like OKR Set Definition Workshops or OKR Reflections. You’ll also receive a Documentation and Summary of all results.
